Two Fins’ swimmers were in action last Saturday and Sunday in the Scottish Open Water Championships held at Loch Venachar.

In what has been a successful year to date things got even better for Fins with another Scottish Champion, when 17 year old Nicole Reynolds, 17/24 years women, won the gold medal in the 1K event and also won the overall Open 1K (All age groups).

Nicole just missed out on a second medal, finish 4th in the 2K event, (10th in the Open.)

Also, in the medals was Arran Stowe, 17/24 men, who won silver in the 2K event, just behind Struan Kingdom of Ren96 (4th in the Open), and bronze in the 5K, again just behind Struan, and the winner Jamie McCaffray of Modernian SC, Bedford. (5th
